Camden Valley Way, Catherine Field

Civil Certification was engaged by Metro Property Development to provide a DA stage Stormwater Management Report in support of a proposed 10ha residential development located within the Camden Growth Centre.

Our work involved assessment of flooding, water quality and detention requirements and included MUSIC and RAFTS modelling. The WSUD concept adopted for the development included an offline basin which provided both a detention and bio-retention function, GPTs and a central flood corridor.
